Our guest speakers are typically military Veterans, historians, civic leaders, and other people with interesting stories to tell of their historical research or their aviation or military experiences. One speaker told about being Crew Chief for a Huey helicopter involved with recovery operations in Vietnam. One spoke of her experiences as a little girl being interned in the Philippines by the Japanese during World War II. One told us what it was like to fly KC-135 aerial tankers, refueling fighters and bombers all over the world. Several authors have discussed their research into aviation history and provided autographed books for sale afterward. And the list goes on.

Beyond all that, our meetings are a good opportunity to meet new people, learn new things, and talk about airplanes!

So come on out. You don’t need a reservation, and there’s no entrance fee. We require a donation in return for any raffle tickets – it’s a fundraiser for the Museum!

We thank our generous friends at the Sonoma County Office of Education for providing their conference room for our monthly meetings.
