This is a U.S. Navy F-4 Phantom II in Blue Angels colors. The Blue Angels are the world-class U.S. Navy flight demonstration team. They flew the F-4 Phantom from 1969 through 1974. The PCAM simulator is not part of an actual aircraft, but was built as a simulator for training F-4 pilots.
