We’re celebrating another great year, the holiday season, and a look ahead to the great things yet to come.
Location: The party will take the place at the EAA Chapter 124 Hangar, 5550 Windsor Rd, Windsor, CA 95492. It starts at 6:00pm, an hour earlier than our usual start time. Click here for map.
Awards Ceremony
Several special awards will be presented including Volunteer of the Year and the annual Presidential Award.
Potluck Guidelines: Bring a Side Dish or Dessert
The entree will be provided. We ask that you bring your favorite side dish or dessert and a serving utensil for your dish: spoon, fork, pie server, or others as appropriate.
Bring your dishes “ready-to-eat” because the EAA hangar has only limited kitchen facilities with limited opportunities for heating food. Coffee and hot water will be provided, but if you bring cold drinks please bring them in a cooler. A sink with hot water will be available for limited wash-up.
Dress Warmly
The dining area is a hangar. It is equipped with heaters, but it will be a winter evening so you should dress warmly.
