Pacific Coast Air Museum
is a non-profit organization whose mission is to To Educate and Inspire both young and old about our aviation heritage and space technology, to Preserve historic aircraft and artifacts, and to Honor veterans.

This 2 hour class, History of Aviation, demonstrates & discusses the basic physics and facts of the events that led up to the historic flight at Kitty Hawk by the Wright Brothers on December 17, 1903.

The Principles of Flight class examines the 4 forces of flight, Bernoulli's theory, air craft safety, hypoxia, spatial orientation and altitude density.

  Aviation Summer School

The Pacific Coast Air Museum is providing two unique educational experiences for students 8th to 12th grade who love aviation.

* These courses meet several of the California State Standards in Social Studies, Science & Math and includes a 30 minute “hands on” tour of the Huey Helicopter. Tuition is $35.00 for each class of 25 students.
